Repair Hair Breakage in Home

In spite of using the branded hair products like shampoo and conditioner, the young ladies found unsatisfied with hair breakage most often. Using branded shampoos and conditioners is not enough. Despite of using these costliest hair products, the hair breakage continues then here is the solution for you. Fret not! follow my tips to get break through this common problem.

• Two hours before shampooing, apply any herbal nourishing oil on scalp. Herbal oils must be from best herbal companies. Massage your scalp with it for five minutes and then steam it.
• To steam your hair, you can use hot towel on hair and wrap your entire hair with it. By doing this it will improve the elasticity of hair.

NOTE: Keep in mind that before buying shampoo and conditioner, see the bottle label written repair hair follicle.

• Try herbal treatment at least twice a week to soften hair and make it like silk.

Wash hair with herbal water

To prepare herbal water:

1.     Take eight to ten basil leaves (Hindi: Tulisi pata)

2.     Take ten grams of Shikakai

3.     250 ml of water

Take all these ingredients in a pan and boil till it reduce to half cup. Keep this aside and cool it. To this mixture add half a teaspoon of rose water and half a teaspoon of honey. Mix them well and then apply on hair. Cover the head with a surgical plastic cover for about an hour and then wash it in normal water.

Try this at home and include dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, flaxseed oil etc in your diet. Have plenty of water a day to restore the hair health and prevent from hair breakage. Still then you lose 50-150 hair strands a day is normal and above that it pretty concern. Do take of your hair because that works every time when you go out to impress anyone.
