Plump your thin lip

If your top lip is small and not visible then there is something you can do to plump it up.

A shiny, glossy finish is the key to creating fuller-looking lips. Before topping your pout with a gleaming gloss, even out your lips with a sharpened nude- color lip pencil. Carefully line your upper lip just outside the lip line, but stay in the line on the bottom lip.

Then fill in your lips with a light lip color. The lighter the color the larger the lip looks. Dab the gloss on the center of the bottom lip, smush lips together and lightly blend.
